Project History
Network Improvement Communities (NIC) is a longstanding partnership between CEii and Prince George's County Public Schools (PGCPS). This was formally solidified in 2020, with the signing of a historic memorandum of understanding (MOU) between PGCPS CEO, Monica Goldson, and Dean Jennifer Rice.
A branch of this partnership centers collaborative work between 糖心少女and PGCPS in the form of Network Improvement Communities, or NICs, focusing on learning loss and school improvement.
